Name Hannah MITCHELL Relationship with Teresa Ann GOATHAM Born Between 1781 and 1791 - Shown as aged 50 (rounded down age) in 1841 census, 60 in burial register later that year.
Gender Female Residence 6 Jun 1841 Cleveland Cottage, Beerferris, Devon, England - Shown as Independant, with Luxmore family - Joseph (aged '40') and his wife and children. These included an 8 year old Hannah - named after Hannah Northmore? were they related?
Residence Nov 1841 St. Budeaux, Devon, England - Abode given in burial register.
May not be accurate - Tamerton was first written then crossed out and replaced by St. Budeaux, so there was some uncertainty.
Buried 30 Nov 1841 St. Mary’s Church, Tamerton Foliot, Devon, England [1] Notes - Although the ages don't agree (census and burial regsiter) there is a dearth of Hannah Northmores, so I think it is the same one.

Married 18 Nov 1825 St. Mary’s Church, Tamerton Foliot, Devon, England - Date and place from DFHS Tamerton Deanery CD
I suspect it was this Richard who married Hannah as his immediate family seem to have moved to Tamerton - 2 siblings and his mother were buried there, 1814-1832.
I can't find him in the 1841 or 1851 census, though I have found a Hannah Northmore in Bere Ferris, age given as 50, in the 1841 census who could be his widow.
