    • Cause of death: acute bronchitis, 10 days, syncope.
Death registered by John Morley, brother-in-law, in attendance (of 33 Alvesdon Mews, South Kensington)

GRO ref: Hambling, William Trant q4 1891 aged 48 Hendon RD 3a 117

Death the same quarter and same reg district as his cousin Charles Mitchelson Hambling, also a builder. I thought there might have been an accident, possibly the one when this brother James Bartlett Hambling lost his leg, but William's death certificate shows he died after 10 days of having acute bronchitis. The informant of his death was John Morley who had been in attendance and was described as "brother in law" - maybe his wife's bro-in-law?
