The identity of the patients was protected in the 1911 census by recording them only by their initials. However, although there were 2 'A G's aged 33, both female, one was of unknown occupation and birthplace, and recorded as a 'lunatic at 32'. Ada was only 30 when admitted, and so appears to be the other 'A G' - born Liverpool, formerly a dressmaker, 'lunatic at 30'.

B. Advanced arterio sclerosis accelerated by/

Cause of death from cremation register, which shows that an inquest was held.
Cremation 13 Mar 1959 Liverpool Crematorium, Liverpool, Lancashire, England - From cremation register
Occupation Dressmaker - Recorded as such in the 1939 registration, though whether she did this in the asylum or only prior to her entry I don't know. Many entries have 'unknown', implying that some at least refer to occupations prior to entry and Ada was described as 'formerlya dressmaker' in the 1911 census so I would guess that it was an occupation she only followed before entry.
