Being with Mary INMAN née SERVANT at the time of the 1841 census I think it most likely Sarah was Mary's sister. Although I have found baptisms for Mary and several siblings, I do know I haven't for all of them as I have found the burial of one (naming their parents) for whom I have not found a baptism. Thus it is feasible there are several others, and Sarah could be one.
Probably about 7 or 8 years younger than Mary, but Mary's mother was young enough still to be having children. It is unlikely Sarah was a niece, no children of Mary's parents marriage would have been old enough, and both parents seem to have been too young. Aged about 22 at marriage, it is unlikely Andrew had been married before, and if Ellen had had a child before the marriage it would have been a Hutchinson, not a Servant, though it is just possible it would have taken its step-father's surname.
If Sarah was not a child of Andrew and Ellen I think she was most likely a niece of Andrew's, i.e. a first cousin of Mary, but she could have been a more distant relation.
