Of Maidstone in KentSiblings 1 brother and 1 sister Patriarch & Matriarch Notes - Her father, brother, sister, husband, mother-in-law, Becon uncle all left wills - I would have thought she would have, if she died a widow, but I have not found one (I have checked the East Kent wills index, and the PCC wills).
Her mother-in-law, 2 sisters-in-law and their families had emigrated to Massachusetts in 1635 where there was the puritan Massachusetts Bay Colony. Begun in 1628, it was so successful that about 20,000 people migrating to New England in the 1630s. (from Wikipedia article which has more details). I thought she might have joined them over there. If she did, it is perhaps surprising that her mother-in-laws will contains no mention of her (it does mention a son-in-law, Peter Masters, who remained in 'old' England).
Searching (on 12 Dec 2013) the Ancestry database "U.S. and Canada, Passenger and Immigration Lists Index, 1500s-1900s" did not find Sybilla Bigge.
She may have simply moved a little west into West Kent. Or have died unexpectedly and intestate.

Married 17 Sep 1634 St. Nicholas’ Church, Otham, Kent, England - From article about John Bigge
When Sybilla married John Bigge he had already had 6 children, but 4 had already died, and so she became step-mother to just two, John aged 7, and Samuell, aged 3. Sadly neither of these made it to adulthood, either, dying aged 10 and 9 respectively.
I don't yet know what happened to Sybilla, whether or not she remarried. Aged about 46 when John Bigge died, it is unlikely if she did remarry that she had any children.
