    Notes
    • 1901 - living in Adel cum Eccup, Yorkshire (Horsforth, Wharfedale - NW of Leeds).
Still in Adel, at Bridge Cottage (4 rooms) in 1911, with husband and a boarder (a 26 yr old horseman on a farm).
This census confirms that Tom and Alice had had no children.

Adel cum Eccup was in Wharfedale RD to 1928 then in Leeds. Too many Tom and Alice Smiths of the right age to be able to tell which was this couple - plus they could have moved before dying.
