"[Feb:] 10 Roger Philpott & Han[n]a Philpott both of St Johns in the Isle of Thanet wth License" - under heading at the top of the page 'Marriages 1737-8' (and before heading part way down page 'From march 25 1738 to March 24 1739')
No baptisms found for the 3 children Ruth, Rebecca and Richard, though all are named in their father's will. With the approximate dob of Ruth known from her burial record, if this is accurate it suggests Richard and Rebecca were younger (there are no gaps between the older children in which they could reasonably have been born). Roger and Hannah may have swithced to a non-conformist church and the 3 have been baptised there.
Marriage License 10 Feb 1737/38 Canterbury, Kent, England - "Philpott, Roger, ba., and Hannah Philpott,
spr., both of S. John in T. At
S. J., S. Alphage, or Ch. Ch., Cant.
