      Gravestone shows date as 5 June 1874. The gravestone shows age as 81, linking it with this Samuel.
      I'm sure it must be the same Samuel sources show a link with Slapton, both carpenter. FreeBMD has only one death of a Samuel in Kingsbridge RD in 1874; that was in quarter 1 and was of an 81 year old. This and since the date of probate was April 1874 show the June date of death to be wrong; I suspect the stone was erectd latter and a mistake made.
