(Age ~ 38 years) (4 x Great Grandfather)
Elizabeth MATTHEWS, b. Abt 1766, bur. 3 Aug 1836, Charles Church, Plymouth, Devon, England
(Age ~ 70 years) (Mother)
Notes - When her mother died in 1836 a newspaper recorded the death showing a daughter was "Mrs Dr Garrott, of that town [Plymouth]". However, I haven't found a Garrott - Issell, marriage, and whilst there could have been an Issell daughter who had married someone else first, or Elizabeth could have been a widow when she married Robert Issell and had a daughter by a first marriage who married Dr Garrott, I think it most likely a typo in the paper and that it was this daughter who was being referred to, the wife of Dr. Perrott.
