** I am not sure that the John who married Anstice WAS the son of Andrew. **

From what I have seen it seems to me more likely that it would have been John son of Bartholomew. Members of Bartholomew's family were regularly referred to as 'Mr' or gent, as was the John who married Anstice, but I have not encountered it in Andrew's family.

Given that, why I have shown the John with wife Anstice as son of Andrew? This is on other trees (not a good reason) and also Doreen Heaton who was conducting a One-Name Study shows John the son of Bartholomew as dying at sea in 1708, leaving a will (in Northmore Newsletter 10, p.44).
It looks like there is good evidence that it was not that John who was married to Anstice (since Anstice's husband clearly died in 1728) - but is there?
Although Doreen Heaton did a good job of collecting Narramore and Northmore data there are a number of clear errors on her tree and elsewhere in her documentation. Unfortunately I have not been able to find this will - so far. Wills of those who died at sea were proved in the PCC, but I can't find John in the catalogue Discovery, nor in Ancestry's listing of these wills (the latter contains more errors but allows a better search on variant spellings).
Assuming such a will does exist, as I think is probably the case, can it definitely be linked to John the son of Bartholomew or might there be an error in attaching it to him?
