With them at the time of the 1851 census but no relationship shown, ALSO no birth registration to fit (i.e. Donoghue with a mother's maiden name of Hyde - search included for 'similar sounding' on the GRO online index)
Name not clear, appears to be Margaret, aged 3, birthplace just shown as 'Middlesex' (as it was for the rest of the family) in the 1851 census
Two births of Margarets were regostered in the area in 1849, neither of these GRO refs fit IF Margaret was a daughter of Johyn and Martha as mother's maiden name is wrong - but could they have been caring for a niece or similar? (If so, she may not have been born as a Donoghue)
Not with John and Martha at the time of the 1861 census. If she was a daughter of theirs we might expect the death to have been registered in Poplar RD. Although the death of a Margaret was registered there in 1860 she was aged 45. It is looking more likely she was not their daughter, but she could have died in a different RD (if, for instance, in hospital).

Date an estimate based on date of banns; place based on banns which showed both were of this parish.
However, there seems to be no entry for this marriage in the marriage register (not just from index, but browsed the register, checked from 15th Dec 1833, the date of the last reading to end of the following March). Maybe there was an obstacle and they couldn't, or they just didn't bother (for some reason Martha's brother John did not marry his 'wife') or (I think most likely) perhaps a marriage did follow the banns but the priest forgot to enter it in the register. There was often more than one on a given day at this church, so forgetting one would probably not have been difficult.
Whoever in the family provided the census data seems to have been very approximate - ages of children seem quite variable. I have found some birth registration refs that could be theirs, haven't checked censuses for other children with the same name / born Poplar RD.
