There are 2 entries for the baptism of William Allwright - on 6 Apr 1808 and 5 June the same year.
There are several possibilities: the person recording the baptism gave the wrong names for the parents, e.g. muddling Richard with a brother; Richard and Sarah were late getting one child baptised and named another William, probably due to the death of the first; there were 2 couples named Richard and Sarah.
But it seems most likely to me that the first entry is recording a private baptism at home (because the child was sick) and the second his reception into the church.
