William STONE
Set As Default Person -
Name William STONE Relationship
with Teresa Ann GOATHAM Baptised 26 Feb 1815 St. Michael and All Angels’ Church, Stokenham, Devon, England
[1] - William Stone, son of Susan, of Widdicombe, base child.
Can't be sure that William was the son of this Susan at least, but there was a William Stone shown with William and Susan in the 1841 census, shown with rounded down age as 25. He is listed after Susan and before their children implying he was a son of Susan.
Gender Male Died Yes, date unknown
Half-siblings4 half brothers and 6 half sisters (family of John GILLARD and Susanna STONE) Patriarch & Matriarch
Susanna, d. Yes, date unknown (3 x Great Grandmother)
Notes - Who was William's father? - maybe it was John Gillard, who Susan subsequently married.
He could have been an apprentice when Susan became pregnant and so unable to marry her at that time.
He was not with his 'parents' in 1851 or 1861, but a William Gillard (sic) who I believe can only be him is with John Gillard, shown as his son in 1871, after Susan had died.
