      "The ii of September was Buried William Crobyard the younger" - under heading 1668.
      This William would have then been aged 51; old enough for there to be a younger William, young enough for there to have been an older, I don't know if it was his burial or not.
      I have found no other baptism of a William Crobierd (etc.) in Blackawton, but a William was baptised in the neighbouring parish of Cornworthy in 1613; I think it was probably that William who was the older.
      He was the son of a Matthew, and Matthew was baptised in Cornworthy in 1584, son of another William, so any link to the Blackawton Crobierds must be some way back. 
      He married Agnes Coke in Cornworthy in 1638. They had children baptised in Cornworthy in 1639 and 1647/48, but there is no sign of his burial there.

Alternatively, the large gap between 1617 and 1625 may indicate that Ralph was widowed and later remarried; the earlier baptisms do not show the mother's name.
