      I don't have evidence for the name of Alexander's wife from anywhere else. It seems likely based on the use of the name Dorothy for 2 daughters by his son; by itself this would just be marginal evidence, but looking through all the Brenchley burials from 1616 for a reasonable period this is the only one to fit.
