Probate 15 Mar 1745/46 Prerogative Court of Canterbury, London, England Notes - (Research):Given the unusual name I think that this was who Cassandra married, i.e. the Chilcott baptised in Litton Cheney. Although unusual names are often used several times in a family in his will Chilcott names both Symes and Chilcott beneficiaries, suggesting that a Chilcott = Symes union may have been a recent one, with less chance of their being several.
No relationship to those named is described, but it seems probable that with none being mentioned as children their were no surviving children from his marriage to Cassandra.
