A summary of all the data there relating to Stephen can be found here.

Occupation From 9 Jun 1782 South Milton, Devon, England
Curate - Jointly with West Alvington
Ordained 20 Jun 1784 To the priesthood - (Date in Patron details section on CCEd - I think it means date he was priested)
Occupation From 1787 Slapton, Devon, England
Perpetual curate - From CCEd (record link)
Not mentioned in the dispensation to hold more than one living in 1803, so Stephen had presumably ceased to be curate before then, possibly when he became Rector of Moreleigh.
Occupation From 1803 Domestic chaplain to Thomas Lister, 1st Baron Ribblesdale (1752-1826) - Another appointment was made of a domestic chaplain in 1809, so presumably Stephen ceased to be chaplain then if he had not already done so.
It was mentioned as an office he held in the dispensation of 1803.
Occupation From 1803 Moreleigh, Devon, England
Rector - Stephen seems to have been Rector of Moreleigh from before 1803, the year in which he also became Vicar of Blackawton and was given permission to hold the 2 livings in pluarlity.
The value of the living of Moreleigh was shown as £90 per annum at this time.
Curates were licensed to the parish in 1790 and another in 1796. In 1790 the stipend was £35 per annum, raised to £40 by 1796.
The last Rector before Stephen shown on CCEd died in 1746; clearly Stephen did not follow immediately after him but must have been instituted sometime between 1784 and 1803.
(CCEd summary and links for Moreleigh)
Occupation From 6 Apr 1803 to 18 Jan 1834 Blackawton, Devon, England
Vicar - Although not (at the time of writing) shown on the CCEd entries for Blackawton, a Vicar of Blackawton, the Revd. Richard Churward preceeded Stephen. He was buried on 21 Feb 1803 creating the vacancy which enabled Stephen to be appointed, in the steps of his father and grandfather.
The living at this time had a value of £80 per annum.
