This could be the burial of sister-in-law of this Elizabeth, born 1788 but for whom I have found no marrige. The age given suggests a birth in 1789, close enough to sister-in-law (bap 1788).
Looking for a likely Elizabeth Binmore, one was born in Paignton in 1798 - very unlikely to have married at 13. Looking wider afield, one was baptized in Ipplepen in 1790, could well be the one who married John and date would match the burial.
The Elizabeth who was buried must have been alive at the time of the 1841 census but I have not yet found her in that; that might clarify.
