"John Birch of Pettam & Elizabeth Halke of Elmsted were Maryed Decembr. the sixth 1720"
I am guessing that is was this Elizabeth who married John Birch, though her description at the time of marriage as 'of Elmstead' is a strong clue. Unlike her sisters she is not mentioned in her grandfather's will, but he removed one of her sisters after they married and he advanced what he was going to leave. Since Elizabeth married before he wrote his will he had probably given what he would otherwise have left to her when she married.

There were lots of children of John and Elizabeth Birch baptised (and a number of burials of children) in Petham in the 20 or so years after the marriage of this John and Elizabeth.
However, a John Birch of Petham had married an Elizabeth Spain there in 1714, and I suspect some of the children were the offspring of that couple; it's possible there was 1 or more other couples with the same names that I haven't noticed.
For the moment, therefore, I am not adding any children of John and Elizabeth to this tree.
