Actual date from death registration index and from 1939 register; place from the 1921 census (shown there simply as Boughton, Kent but the only one of the Kent Boughtons in Faversham RD was 'under Blean').
Despite the mother's maiden name being recorded as Hawkins I think it should have been Harris (recorded as Harris in the GRO index enries for the birth registrations of her three siblings with Hilda and her parents in the 1921 census)
There were a number of Hilda M Philpotts born in Kent that could have been the one who married George, but 3 things point to it being this one: the age and birthplace are closest to George's, plus most convincinglythere is a death registration with a dob that fits this Hilda, being the same as that in the 1939 register (by which time she was the wife of George Fentiman).
