      It was clearly this George that was married to Mary Ann Amyatt rather than his cousin George (bap 1785) since in his will he refers both to Mary Ann Amyatt and to his mother Sarah (his cousin's mother was Amy), though the marriage is erroneously shown as of his cousin in more than one edition of Northmore Newsletter (incl. issue 3, which also shows that George went to Canada, though it is clear he had his family and then died young in Plymouth!)
