There seems no doubt this marriage was theirs - Growns is not a common surname, and the place is right and the date consistent with the length of marriage shown in the 1911 census. But the second Christian names are surprising. There is none shown for George when he was baptised or for Fanny when her birth was registered, according to the index. That said, I have not seen Fanny's baptism register entry.
The 1911 census shows that they had had 11 children, 1 of whom had by then died. Actually it was filled in with 10 in total, 10 still living and 1 died! That it was 11 in total was the enumerator's correction - but I guess it could have been 10 in total, 9 still living.
The ages of the children in this family are regularly exaggerated a little in the censuses, may be the age they would be that year (I haven't checked exactly)
