- I think it fairly safe to assume that the Ænæas who was married to Alice BASTARD subsequently married a Rebecca. The younger Ænæas whose first daughter was named Alice Bastard SYMONS then gave 3 more daughters the same names that an Ænæas and Rebecca had used about 20 years earlier.
I can't find the marriage of an Ænæas and Rebecca in Plymouth; hence I think Ænæas may have moved to Wapping before returning to Plymouth.
From PR entry, this marriage in Stepney in 1721:
"1721 ... August ... 1 Æeneas Simmonds of Wapin Distiller & Rebecca Jeans of same place Spinster"
(from PR entry on Ancestry; brief details also on FMP from Boyd's index)
The crazy way in which Ancestry order search results* makes it difficult to be sure, but there seem to be no children of Ænæas and Rebecca baptised in the London area (in those parishes whose PRs are indexed on Ancestry, or on FamilySearch, as at 27 Jan 2016), nor a burial of Ænæas, which means I can't rule out the couple who married in Stepney as the couple on my tree, and adds weight since it looks like they moved elsewhere.
(* Searching for a name similar to Simons, father's Christian name Ænæas; Ancestry list all those with the exact surname first, including those with a father's name nothing like Ænæas; given the common surname I tried lots of variants of Symon(d)s rather than looking through the thousands of results Ancestry produced, but may have missed the variant needed)
