It is clear the one born 1931 is the one who married in 1974; I think it probable he was also the one who married in 1956. There was no other birth registration of an Ivan H Reuben in England or Wales, and whilst he could have been born elsewhere, there was no death of an Ivan Reuben prior to 2002, yet only the one in the electoral roll data.
