Witnesses Henry and Emma were presumably Ellen's brother and sister with these names.
Although it was not needed, as Thomas died shortly before the census, the number of years of marriage and of children was filled in for Ellen on the 1911 census. It showed that they had been married 57 years (actually 56), and had had 7 children of whom one had died. As I have found the other 6 still alive the one who had died must have been Henry.
