Occupation 1911 Ealing, Middlesex, England
Van boy - Although first having a military meaning, the term 'van' was used for covered vehicles used to carry goods by 1829, so the term was clearly used for horse drawn as well as motorised vehicles. Motor vans were in use from the end of the C19th, so in 1911 Harry could have been working on either a horse drawn or a motor van.
Occupation 1914 Brentford, Middlesex, England
Decorator - His father, who had died in 1912, had been a house painter at the time of his death; it looks like Harry took this over from him as he described himself as a "Decorator" on his army sign-up paper in 1914
Military Service From Sep 1914 to 1916 France
Middlesex Regiment in WW1 - Served as a corporal in the 12th Battalion.
He enlisted at Hounslow on 2nd September 1914 and entered France on 25th July 1915 (according to his medal card), being there for about 16 months - which suggests he was wounded in Nov or Dec 1916.

Weirdly Harry appears to have signed his name Harold, corrected by the priest who conducted the wedding to Harry.
