No burial place shown in Boys of Kent PDF, and no other Mary in a quick look through that document who it looks would have been likely to have been buried in Tilmanstone at this time.
I guess she was there because her daughter Elizabeth and famiy were there at the time, that she was living with them.

Family William BOYS, d. Yes, date unknown Married - The Boys family of Kent is well studied and on the edge of my tree.
I am only including enough to show how the different Kent 'Boys' on my tree were linked, and in particular the children of Thomas and Christian Searles, the only ones who are actually blood relations (so far as I know), Christian being a second cousin to my line.
