  Notes	(Research):Given bapt being sometime after birth I checked in censuses and FreeBMD index in case more than 1 Louisa. But it all adds up to this being the one. A "visitor" at time of 1861 census, aged 4. In 1871 no Louisa Pilcher found to fit, but of Elham born Louisa there is a Louisa Manuel, but listed after younger siblings. The wife is Sophia - fits with baptism and they were in Ospringe i.e. had moved quite close to Bredgar. Thomas and Manuel marr in 1862 so sometime after Sophia had Louisa, fitting with Thomas not being her father and her being listed after his true children.
