There were lots of Palmer = Harvey marriages but this ones fits the names of the couple that Kathleen was with i.e. probably her parents at the time of the 1939 register.

The PR entry shows an error, corrected in the margin, but which it appears was not corrected in the GRO copy. The groom's name was first entered as 'Thomas James Palmer' but he signed as James Thomas Palmer, and the margin note says 'col. 2 for Thomas James Palmer read James Thomas Palmer'.
