      Despite the large age difference I do think it was this Christian Fogg who married Joshua Floate:
      (1) Christian was shown as a widow and of the parish of St. Mary Northgate; that fits this Christian
      (2) There is no sign of a burial of Christian as a Fogg in St. Mary Norhgate or elsewhere
      (3) There is no sign of a marriage of another Christian to a Fogg who could be the widow who married Joshua (in St. Mary Northgate or elsewhere in Kent)
      (4) There appear to have been no children of the marriage; few if any would have been expected if it was this Christian as she wouild have been aged about 40 at the time of the marriage
      (5) Left with several young children, and aged only 36 when widowed, it seems likely Christian would have remarried
      (6) Christian's father was described as a gent when she was baptized, so she may have been considered a good 'catch'.
