Which of the 4 grooms on the page Grace Prout married suggested by a John and Grace Roper being in the 1851 census in Dittisham, with Grace having right age and birthplace for this Grace, and with them was a Christopher Prout, this Grace's father. Just in case it was coincidence and Christopher was with a different couple (relationship to head of house was shown as lodger rather than father-in-law), I checked one of their children (found from the 1861 census) in the GRO online index and the mother's maiden name was Prout, which makes it virtually certain.
