I suspect these were not sons' wives, but the other sort, step daughters, probably daughters of Dorothy by a previous marriage. Christopher's wife Jane married him as Jane Lambart, and in his will he refers to property "which I late bought of my brother in law Thomas Lambert", suggesting it was Jane's first marriage and hence the daughters not hers.
