      I suspect this family is NOT Issell - not found marr or any children births, and no deaths (having searched FreeBMD well into C20th)
      Else it could be Richard from Dodbrooke, and maybe family subsequently emigrated.

      In the 1851 census couldn't find any such Richard (i.e. born Ugborough approx 1829 with a name anything like Issell), also could not find Richard Issell b Dodbrooke 1832.
