Gender Male Occupation 1841 Ag lab Occupation 1851 Fellmonger - A fellmonger deals in or processes animal skins, the term being used especially for those who remove wool from sheepskin so it is ready for tanning. (see OED for full definition) Hence Arthur was involved in the same industry as Ann's other two husbands, who were both tanners.
(Arthur is actually shown as a 'velmononger' in the 1851 census, but 'v' and 'f' are often substituted for each other in the West Country, and the extra 'on' must be an accident)

(I thought there were likely to be other children between 1848 and 1856, but checking for a mother's maiden name of Bellett and similar sounding, and also Bennett and similar sounding, on the GRO online index I found no others, and also no others in the index to baptisms in Dodbrooke on the South Hams website)
Whether any of Ann's children born after the death of her first husband and before she married Arthur were his I don't know. At the time of the 1841 census, about five years before the marriage, Ann and Arthur were enumerated in consecutive entries, so were probably next door neigbours or otherwise living very close to each other, so must surely have known each other.
