Was this a diff family? Or was being received into the church accidentally recorded as a baptism? I don't think it was a different family; there is no sign of another William and Martha in any censuses, nor of any marriage (using the index on FMP, which uses various sources and usually shows duplicate entries for any marriage in this part of Kent).
