Elizabeth CHALLENOR
Set As Default Person -
Name Elizabeth CHALLENOR Relationship
with Teresa Ann GOATHAM Born Est 1733 (probably), Shropshire, England
- Estimate from date of marriage and date of bapt of husband.
Four Elizabeth Challenor (and variants) in PR index on FMP (as at 10 July 2017); 2 35 miles or more from Stoke upon Tern, but 2 quite close - one baptised in Stanton upon Hine Heath on 20 Feb 1736/7 (daughter of Thomas and Joan), the other in Hinstock on 25 June 1727 (daughter of William and ?Ruth).
Probably one of these, more research needed.

Family 2 Thomas SHUKER, d. Yes, date unknown Marriage License 9 Dec 1795 - Image on FMP, viewed 10 July 2017
Married 10 Dec 1795 St. Mary’s Church, Market Drayton, Shropshire, England
- From PR entry (image on FMP, viewed 6 Nov 2014)
It seems probable to me the marriage was this Elizabeth. The marriage licence allegation shows Thomas Shuker was a bachelor but does not show whether Elizabeth was a widow or spinster. It simply shows both their ages as '21 years and upwards' which I think was equivalent to saying 'of full age'.
If Stoke upon Tern register survives I need to compare Elizabeth's signatures in both marriage registers.
