These do not name a husband, as would be normal for a wife or widow, but rather give her occupation as needlewoman. However, she died in a workhouse so it is possible her husband's name and occupation were not known.

But was it the marriage of this William to a Mary?
I am fairly sure it was; the date is appropriate and there is no sign of a William Gotham in Plymouth before this date or this couple afterwards.
Unfortunately the PR entry for the marriage does not give William's occupation, but the banns book might.
