      I'm not certain this is the right burial but it seems likely. This is the only Elizabeth Gotham who it seems reasonable to think could have been living in Teignmouth in 1808 and for whom no other burial has been identified (having now found a different burial in West Teignmouth with an age in the PR that fits Elizabeth née Whidborne, I don't think this is that Elizabeth's burial). Although this Elizabeth was baptised in Combeinteignhead, the family appear to have moved to West Teignmouth parish between the baptisms of her sister Joanna in 1778 and her sister Mary in 1781.
