      [Amy appears to have been changed from Amie]
      This was clearly written into the register later, as it appears immediately preceeding the marriage entry, and is preceeded by marriages after 18 November. I think it was probably written in at or just before the time of the marriage, as the JP who conducted the marriage signed the entry.

      January 2 The said Austin Circombe & Amiy Goteham were married before the Wor[shipfu]ll Mr Thomas Reynells Esqr Justice of the peace; [signed] Tho. Reynell"
