The 1911 census shows that by then Samuel and Annie had had 5 children, one of whom had died. Samuel seems to be the only one who it can have been, with both a birth after 1903 and a death before 1911, in Bolton or Rochdale RD.
It's not possible to tell from BMD index alone if they had more children after 1911, as there were other Wild = Whitworth couples around.
