I think the death must be this Elizabeth - I can't find another whose death it is likely to be, and this Elizabeth seems to disappear from censuses etc. This Elizabeth would have been 16 and the registration gives her age as 18, but I think close enough.
Unusually for someone of her age, the 'occupation' column rather than naming her father describes Elizabeth as 'Spinster', and the informant is a surgeon of the hospital where Elizabeth died, rather than a relation. Presumably he didn't know her father's name, and similarly may have not been sure of her age.
