    • From the 1901 census where shown as born Stallington, in Fulford parish, aged 41.
      Stallington is a mile or two south of Blythe Bridge, where the 1871 census shows an Elizabeth, aged 11, daughter of James, born. 'Draycott in the Moors' is just a couple of miles East of Blythe Bridge. Hence I believe this is the Elizabeth who married William Gotham.

      If these places are correct Elizabeth's birth should have been registered in Stone RD. There is no birth registration of an Elizabeth Low* or Dunn (or similar sounding) in Stone RD in 1859 or 1860.
      There is a registration of an Elizabeth Dunn who could be her in the neighbouring RD of Cheadle:
      GRO ref: Dunn, Elizabeth q2 1859 Cheadle RD 6b 259; GRO online index does not show a mother's maiden name, suggesting she was illegitimate.
