Just shown as William in the 1891 census but I think this must be the William Henry born 1885 - the date and place are right.

(Death can't be the one registered in Stafford in q1 1965, age given as 82, not only is the age slightly wrong, but it fit the William Henry born in Stone RD in 1883).
Also, the William who died in 1981 was living in Biddulph, consistent with the 1939 register entry I believe to be for this William, who was by then a widower and so alone.
However, the dob given in the death registration isn't exactly the same as that in the 1939 register; maybe one was mis-recorded, or the informant for his death got it wrong.

Family Dora LANGLEY, b. The only other one which looks likely is a William Henry whose birth was registered in Stone RD in 1883, but as a William Henry also married in Stone RD in 1907 that marriage was probably that William Henry (especially as this one was with his parents, single, in the 1911 census). That William Henry had a wife Mary Jane still living at the time of the 1911 census and no sign of her dying later that year, so it is extremely unlikely the 1911 marriage was that Wm Henry remarrying.
Hence this other marriage was most probably this William Henry.
