with Teresa Ann GOATHAM Baptised 22 Oct 1682 St. Mary’s Church, Morchard Bishop, Devon, England

"Mathew Son of Mathew Wreford bap Octr - 22" (image 11)
Gender Male Died - After his son Matthew wrote his will on 11 Mar 1752, appointing his father as a trustee
Buried 7 Jun 1763 St. Mary’s Church, Morchard Bishop, Devon, England
- From data transcribed from Morchard Bishop PRs, available to view in Morchard Bishop Church
Notes - Worthy noted that in 1688:
"1688. Administration to the effects of Elizabeth Wreyford of Morchard Bishop. Granted to Matthew Wreyford her brother 3rd Oct., 1688. William Wreyford of the same parish joins in bond."
with a note: "Matthew Wreyford was a Wool-comber ("lanionem"); thus described in the Admon. Bond."
Given that this Matthew was aged only 6 it was probably his father, this Mathew's baptism PR entry showing he was also a Mathew, although I have not looked at the Wreford family enough to be sure: he could have had a grandfather / uncle / cousin of the same name).

Family Elizabeth MANLEY, bur. 10 Sep 1757, St. Mary’s Church, Morchard Bishop, Devon, England
Married 22 Jul 1706 St. Mary’s Church, Morchard Bishop, Devon, England
- From PR entry (image on Devon FHS website, members' section)
"Math: Wreford mar to Eliz Manley July the 22d" (image 29)(the following year one William Wreford married Mary Manley, possibly 2 brothers married 2 sisters)
Whilst it seems probable that the Elizabeth buried in 1757 was the wife of the Matthew as shown here, more research needed to show she was the mother of his children, rather than a wife he married later.
