- Estimated from date of marriage; quite likely born in Kingskerswell as of that parish at the time of her marriage.
LIkely to be the daughter of Edward, the only Gotham I know of have lived in Kingskerswell around this time; although his son Samuel seems to have been baptised in Abbotskerswell there are no further entries for Edward or Samuel in Abbotskerswell so they may have lived in Kingskerswell. However, the lack of PRs and small number of years for which BTs survive means there could well have been others of whom I am unaware.
It is probably significant that a Judith Gotham was buried in Kingskerswell in 1708; I suspect that she was the mother of this Judeth.

Father Edward GOTHAM, bap. 14 Feb 1618/19, St. Mary’s Church, Abbotskerswell, Devon, England , d. Aft 1654 (Age ~ 35 years) Mother Judith, bur. 6 Apr 1708, St. Mary’s Church, Kingskerswell, Devon, England Married - I am just guessing that Edward and Judith were husband and wife and that the Judith who married John Codner was their daughter based on the links that they all had with Kingskerswell, and that it seems quite likely a daughter of a Judith would also be called Judith.
Hopefully there may be more evidence in 'parish chest' documents, but I haven't yet checked what (if anything) survives.
