"7 Married John Banfil & Mary Gotheam" - under heading '1780 December.'
Also from Hardwicke entry (image on FMP, not indexed, found by browsing, 14 Aug 2018)
This shows that the Mary who married John Banfill was a widow. She also used the unusual spelling Gottheam when she signed her surname, the spelling adopted by the family of William Gotham and Martha Beere, including by her first husband when he married her, suggesting she was, by marriage, part of that family.
Marriage was by licence, but licence not found in collection on FS (checked through those for July - Dec 1780)
