This is the only death registration of a Lydia Turner in Staffordshire between 1891 when she was with her husband and family and 1901 by which time he had remarried, and the age is correct for this Lydia.
It is in Stafford rather than Stoke on Trent Reg District, explained by Lydia dying in the county lunatic asylum. (A death is recorded there in Nov 1892, and this is the only Lydia to die in Stafford RD in that quarter so it must be her).
