- About 1870 or early 1871 from the 1901 census where shown as aged 30 and 1911 where shown as 40. (Recorded as 'Sarah' in 1901, but I think this was a mistake; mother's maiden name of all the children the same, age and birthplace agree in the 2 censuses, and no likely marriage of a Thomas to a Sarah that could indicate a remarriage, or death of a Hannah, let alone death of Sarah and 2nd remarriage!)

Notes - (Research):No sign of Hannah remarrying; the Hannah Wall who married Harry Guy in Stoke RD in 1929 appears from the 1939 register to be one born in 1906.
Hence it seems reasonable to think that the 1939 register entry and 1959 death, both of which are a good fit on age and place, are this Hannah Wall.

Staffs BMD shows that this was a Civil Marriage
Children:
According to the 1911 census Thomas and Hannah had had 7 children, 2 of whom had died. (The other 5 were all with them at the time of that census).
However, looking for Walls with a mother's maiden name of Lewis it looks like 3 children had died in infancy. All 3 were born in Wolstanton RD, and there were no other births to Wall=Lewiss anywhere near Stoke, so unless there was a couple who had just one child who died in infancy they seem to be the children of Thomas and Hannah. In addition, all 3 neatly fill gaps before and between the children of what was clearly a fertile couple.
Of the three 2 lived for some months, but Thomas died the quarter he was born; perhaps his life was so brief - maybe just a few breaths - that there had not been a chance to bond, and he was not counted.
