Obit for Harry shows he left brothers Arthur and Bertram.
One or both of Longton, Devonshire - I think means Staffordshire, esp given pottery link in US
The above seems the most likely Bertram FINNEY from birth date and place, PLUS he had a bro Arthur
However,
1 - can't find a Harry to fit with same mother's maiden name
Easy answer - could be half bro
2 - finding Bertram and Arthur in the census their father was too young to be the father of Harry
SO it seems prob NOT the above Bertram
Could it be that Bertram and Arthur were not Finneys? - check out family of likely Harrys in birth index (remember Harry could be short for Henry or even Harold)
Gender Male Died Aft 1919 - Shown as surviving Harry in the latter's newspaper obituary.
