IF being 'of full age' then meant being at least 21 then it would seem John could not have been born later than 1413, but I don't know if this would have been the age back then.

The only evidence I have found is of them using the Parker arms, without quartering, i.e. no evidence of them having a coat of arms incorporating the Gotham arms.
